MANUFACTURING

The Terminal of Petroleum Products of Kalnėnai (TPP) has the park with 4000 tons capacity for the bright products of petroleum, and is situated behind the highway Kaunas – Daugpilis and the railroad Kaunas – Gaižiūnai in district of Jonava. At the branch of railroad at the same time is possible to receive 13 railroad tanks with products of petroleum, and to spill 4 railroad tanks using the pumps with the efficiency of 60m3/h.

On October of 2006 in Kalnėnai (TPP) was established the Warehouse for commodities with taxation of excise (the identification number of permit is LT0000000390K).

In the Terminal of Petroleum Products of Kalnėnai (TPP) are pursuing these kinds of activities:

Manufacturing of excise commodities – biodiesel at different marks - from petroleum products and fat acid methyl ester (FAME). Realization of ready products.
Manufacturing of excise commodities – various biofuel composits - from petroleum products and from oils with vegetable breed. Realization of ready products.
Manufacturing of non excise commodities - base, industrial and other oils at different marks. Trade of base and industrial oils.
Trade of non excise commodities – vegetable oils at different marks.

UAB ,,Metoil” imports the components for manufacturing directly from the factories of Belarus, Ukraine, Russia under the conditions of sale - purchase contracts.

From Terminal of Petroleum Products of Kalnėnai (TPP) company transports its production to the Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Lithuania. Company use the most comfortable and acceptable for clients conditions of INCOTERM 2000: FCA, DDP, DDU,CPT.

The quality of products of Kalnėnai Peroleum Products (TPP) secures compositions of components and laboratory researches that are described in technical regulations. The permit of Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC), which incorporates the safe use of measures for water, air and soil protection as well as of waste disposal in the whole European Union, is integrated into the activity of the terminal.
